To be a Beacon Network member, you must show you are a high growth company. To be a Beacon Spark member you must be running your business as a limited company and havefewer than 5 employees (it doesn’t matter if there is just you, providede you are ambitious and want to grow). Many Beacon Network members were originally Beacon companies, under the SWRDA Beacon South West network, and all Beacon Network companies have demonstrated excellence and high growth company status.
